The official government e-Ticket application is 100% free of charge. Do not use random third-party Google search advertisement listings that look like visa processing centers. Those are copycat operations designed to look official while adding $50 to $90 processing hidden surcharges onto your credit card statement. Ensure you have these open and nearby before opening the submission app:
Navigate exclusively to the verified government server portal: eticket.migracion.gob.do. Select your primary preferred translation language (English) in the top-right toolbar setting window.
Click 'Request New e-Ticket'. The application will display a temporary application reference number. Write this code down immediately. If your internet connection resets or drops out, you can enter this key to resume editing your form without losing data lines.
The application form allows you to add up to 7 co-travelers under one submission file. If you are traveling as a family unit or couple, fill out the primary user fields, specify the total number of individuals accompanying you, and input their passport data blocks consecutively. Children do not require separate customs entry documents—everything rolls up under the single file.
Upon filling out the brief health and customs declarations, click submit. The server will generate a secure validation QR code layout page. Take a clear screenshot of this code immediately or download the PDF file to your smartphone. You must present this QR link at your flight check-in counter and to customs control officers when processing through Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ).
