By accessing our platform, purchasing airport transfers, or booking resort accommodations, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using our website and services.

1. Introduction & Agreement to Terms

All Inclusive Depot is a local travel agency operated and managed in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," "our," and "Agency" refer to All Inclusive Depot. The term "Customer," "you," or "your" refers to any visitor to our website, any individual who requests a quote, or any traveler booking accommodations, transfers, or excursions through our platform.

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you are making a booking on behalf of other travelers, you confirm that you have the explicit authority to accept these Terms on their behalf and that all members of your traveling party agree to be bound by them.

2. Role as an Independent Travel Intermediary & Liability Waiver

Strict Intermediary Capacity: All Inclusive Depot acts solely and strictly as an independent travel intermediary (agent) between you and third-party service providers, including but not limited to resorts, hotels, private transport companies, tour operators, and excursion hosts (collectively referred to as "Suppliers").

No Direct Ownership or Control: We do not own, manage, operate, control, or employ the resorts, transport vehicles, drivers, or any facilities featured on our website. All bookings are subject to the specific terms, conditions, policies, and liabilities of the Suppliers who provide the services.

Limitation of Liability & Release: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, All Inclusive Depot, its owners, directors, officers, employees, and local representatives shall not be held liable or responsible for:

By proceeding with a booking, you explicitly release All Inclusive Depot from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or financial losses resulting from the acts or omissions of our independent Suppliers.

3. Booking, Pricing, & B2B Wholesale Rates

Local B2B Rates: We negotiate exclusive B2B wholesale rates, local resident promotions, and travel industry agreements directly with resort operators in the Dominican Republic. These rates allow us to provide deep discounts compared to retail pricing platforms. By booking through us, you acknowledge that our pricing structures are proprietary and represent package or wholesale arrangements.

Pricing Fluctuations: Rates, room availability, and transfer prices are subject to change without notice until your booking is officially confirmed in writing and deposit/payment is received. Once booked, the agreed rate is locked, subject to any local government tax increases or mandatory fee adjustments imposed after booking.

Currency Conversion & Transaction Fees: All rates displayed on our website are primarily in United States Dollars (USD). Payments are processed in USD. If you pay using a non-USD credit card or bank account, your financial institution will apply its own currency conversion rates and may charge foreign transaction fees. All Inclusive Depot is not responsible for variations in final charge amounts caused by bank exchange rates or transaction surcharges.

Price Match Policy: Any price match offers are executed at our sole discretion. To qualify, you must submit a written, verifiable, identical retail rate quote (same resort, room category, occupancy, travel dates, cancellation policy, and booking conditions) from an authorized agency. Price matching does not apply to unofficial, unconfirmed, or non-refundable bookings from unvouched third-party resellers.

4. Cancellations, No-Shows, & Modifications

Supplier-Specific Rules: Because we act as an intermediary, all cancellations, no-shows, and modification rules are strictly subject to the policies of the respective Supplier (the resort or the transfer operator). Some promotional B2B rates are strictly non-refundable and non-changeable from the time of booking.

Cancellation Deadlines: Standard booking cancellation windows will be communicated to you at the time of quotation or confirmation. It is your sole responsibility to review these terms. If you cancel a booking after the specified cancellation deadline, you will be subject to the forfeiture of deposits or the full cost of the reservation, in accordance with the resort's policies.

Modification Requests: Requests to change travel dates, room types, occupant names, or transfer schedules must be submitted in writing. While we will make every effort to accommodate changes through our direct resort relationships, changes are subject to resort availability, rate adjustments, and any administrative modification fees assessed by the Supplier.

No-Shows: If you fail to arrive at the resort on your scheduled check-in date, or if you fail to meet your private airport transfer driver at the designated pickup location and time without prior written notice, it will be treated as a "No-Show." No-shows result in the immediate cancellation of the remainder of the booking and the complete forfeiture of all funds paid. No refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances for no-shows.

5. Force Majeure & Local Environmental Disclaimer

Force Majeure: All Inclusive Depot and its Suppliers shall not be held liable, and will not issue refunds, for any failure to perform, delay, or cancellation of services caused by events beyond our reasonable control (a "Force Majeure Event"). Force Majeure Events include, but are not limited to: acts of God, hurricanes, tropical storms, earthquakes, floods, wildfires, severe weather phenomena, pandemics, epidemics, government quarantine orders, travel bans, civil unrest, strikes, airport closures, war, or acts of terrorism.

Local Environmental Disclaimer (Coastlines & Seaweed): Punta Cana's beaches and coastlines are dynamic natural environments. You acknowledge and agree that All Inclusive Depot has no control over, and shall not be held responsible or liable for, natural environmental conditions. This includes, but is not limited to:

Resorts make extensive daily efforts to clean their beachfronts, but environmental conditions can change rapidly. No refunds, partial refunds, room upgrades, or booking cancellations without penalty will be permitted due to sargassum, seaweed, weather, or natural beach conditions.

Resort Renovations & Facilities: From time to time, resorts undergo maintenance, renovations, pool cleanings, or restaurant closures. All Inclusive Depot is not responsible for temporary facility closures, noise, or construction at the resort. Such operations are controlled entirely by resort management.

6. User Obligations & Travel Documents

Passports & Visas: It is your absolute and sole responsibility to ensure that you and all members of your party possess valid travel documentation. Entry into the Dominican Republic requires a valid passport with at least six (6) months of validity remaining from your scheduled return date, along with any necessary tourist visas.

Dominican Republic E-Ticket: Travelers entering and exiting the Dominican Republic must complete the official, free electronic entry and exit form (E-Ticket) online prior to arriving at the airport. Failure to complete this form may result in boarding denials or significant customs delays. We are not responsible for any issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate E-Tickets.

Travel Insurance: We strongly advise all Customers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance. This insurance should cover trip cancellation, trip interruption, emergency medical expenses, evacuation coverage, baggage loss, and delays. You acknowledge that without travel insurance, you assume full financial risk for any cancellations, emergencies, or disruptions.

Behavior & Damage: Customers agree to abide by the rules, regulations, and safety policies of the resorts and transport companies. Resort management reserves the right to evict any guest who engages in disruptive, illegal, or abusive behavior. You are solely responsible for any physical damage caused by you or your party to resort property, transport vehicles, or equipment, and agree to indemnify us against any claims arising therefrom.

7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Amicable Resolution: In the event of any complaint, issue, or dispute regarding a booking or service, you agree to notify us in writing via email ([email protected]) within thirty (30) days of your return date. We will make every reasonable, good-faith effort to resolve the matter directly and amicably with the Supplier on your behalf.

Governing Law: These Terms, your use of our website, and any bookings made through All Inclusive Depot shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction: You agree that any legal action, lawsuit, or judicial proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services that cannot be resolved amicably shall be filed and resolved exclusively in the competent courts of the judicial district of La Altagracia (Punta Cana/Higüey), Dominican Republic. You hereby consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
